Quantum Niagara Gymnastics is a privately run organization in Niagara Falls Ontario that has been providing children with a positive gymnastics experience for over 18 years. Quantum has an 10,000 square foot facility in the heart of Niagara Falls that is well equipped to meet the needs of the beginner to the advanced gymnast. We offer children age 18 months – 16 yrs fun and safe gymnastics programs that help develop active and healthy children. Our recreational program mission is to teach strong gymnastics technique in a fun, safe environment. At Quantum Niagara Gymnastics we believe that gymnastics develops the building blocks needed for success in all sports and overall active living. Within the positive training environment provided at Quantum all athletes will build physical strength and self-confidence. Serving over 500 satisfied clients annually we are certain that we have a program that will meet the needs of each, and every child interested in gymnastics. Registration is ongoing so join us today! Quantum Niagara Gymnastics is registered, insured and certified with Gymnastics Ontario and the Canadian Gymnastics Federation. Quantum’s coaches are certified under the National Coaching Certification Program.

CLASSES FOR ALL AGES AND LEVELS
Tiny Stars Gymnastics
age 2 -5 yrs
Quantum Niagara Gymnastics offers a stimulating environment for Preschool children ages 24 months to 6 years old that develops active and healthy children. Our fun movement programs teach co-ordination, speed, balance, endurance and motor skills. All Athletes must be able to come into class on their own unaccompanied by an adult, be potty trained, and be able to follow instructions while staying with their own group.

Jr. All-Stars Gymnastics
age 6-8 yrs
Quantum Niagara Gymnastics offers a variety of recreational gymnastic programs. All of our programs are designed to be fun and to help increase co-ordination, speed, balance, and endurance while developing strong gymnastics fundamentals.All Athletes must be able to come into class on their own unaccompanied by an adult, be potty trained, and be able to follow instructions while staying with their own group.

Tramp and Tumbling Programs Age 6+
If you like to flip and bounce Quantum has the perfect class for you. Receive instruction on our trampoline, tumble track and floor. Progressive drills will be used to advanced the skill level of each individual athlete. All athletes must be able to come into class on their own unaccompanied by an adult, and be able to follow instructions while staying with their own group.

COMPETITIVE TEAM
Niagara AcroCats
We offer competitive programs in various levels: ODP (development program for 5-6 year olds), levels 2-4, levels 5-9, and National levels. Areas which are emphasized in the competitive programs are physical conditioning, advanced gymnastics skills, athlete’s willpower and personality factor, self discipline, and independence. Registration for our competitive programs is done by invitation only, and requires an assessment by our trained coaches.
