Programs For Girls Age 6-8 yrs

Quantum Niagara Gymnastics offers a variety of recreational gymnastic programs. All of our programs are designed to be fun and to help increase co-ordination, speed, balance, and endurance. Please read Quantum’s policies and rules before registering for any of our programs.

JR.ALL-STARS 1 INTRODUCTORY/BEGINNER LEVEL    GIRLS AGE 6-8 YEARS  

 BADGE LEVEL 1-3  INTRODUCTORY/BEGINNER LEVELS

The ABC’s of gymnastics.  This 55 minute class is designed to teach and reinforce basic gymnastic skills on all the various gymnastic apparatus.  Gymnasts will develop strength, flexibility and proper technique.  This classes are a great way to get started in the sport and take the building blocks of gymnastics to the next level . All athletes must be able to come into class on their own unaccompanied by an adult and be able to follow instructions while staying with their own group.

JR.ALL-STARS 2  INTERMEDIATE LEVEL    GIRLS AGE 6-8 YEARS  

 BADGE LEVEL 4-6  INTERMEDIATE LEVELS

The Jr. All-Stars 2 program is for athletes looking to move past the basics. This 1 hour and 25 minute class is designed to take the basics of gymnastic to the next level on various gymnastic apparatus.  Gymnasts will develop strength, flexibility and proper technique required to learn harder gymnastics skills. This class is perfect for athletes who have completed our Jr. All-Stars 1 program or have had previous gymnastics experience. It is expected that gymnasts are able to do a handstand, cartwheel and have a strong bridge.

All athletes must be able to come into class on their own unaccompanied by an adult, and be able to follow instructions while staying with their own group.

JR. SUPER STARS   ADVANCED LEVEL  Girls age 6-8 yrs  

Passed level 6 Recreational or already in the advanced badge system

This 1 hour and 25 min class is for the more serious gymnast. Advanced students are now learning complex and difficult gymnastic skills on all events. This class will develop disciplined minds and strong bodies. All athletes must be able to come into class on their own unaccompanied by an adult,  and be able to follow instructions while staying with their own group.

19 week fall session $487 + tax

CLASS TIME AVAILABLE FOR SUMMER 2024 ARE FOR AGE 7+ ONLY AND IS 2 HOURS- 6 week session $202 + tax

PreTeam   Girls age 4-6

Please note this class is by invitation only or by testing.

This class runs twice per week for 1 hour and 25 minutes. This is a new program for girls age 5-7 who are seeking more advanced training in a recreational setting. Athletes in this program often transition into our Competitive program.

This program is for girls who are seeking more training hours in a recreational setting. This class runs twice a week and is by invitation or testing only. Athletes often transition from this class into our Competitive Program. Full year registration is required.
