NEW 2026 - Our recreational programs focus on long-term athlete development, confidence, and enjoyment of the sport. Athletes are grouped by developmental readiness rather than promotion-based levels.

Formal report cards are not used in recreational programs. Athletes will receive a participation award recognizing their effort and commitment, and parents are welcome to speak with coaches about progress at any time.

TINY STARS PROGRAMS Age 18 MONTHS-5 yrs

Quantum Niagara Gymnastics offers a stimulating environment for children ages 2 years to 5 years old that develops active and healthy children. Our fun movement programs teach co-ordination, speed, balance, endurance and motor skills. All Athletes must be able to come into class on their own unaccompanied by an adult, be potty trained, and be able to follow instructions while staying with their own group.
