Welcome to Quantum Gymnastics! Below you’ll find answers to some of the most common questions we receive.

Can I stay to watch my child’s class?

Yes! We have a parent viewing room with a large window and a TV feed from cameras in areas you can't see from the window — so you can comfortably watch your little gymnast in action.

Do you offer trial classes?

Unfortunately, we do not offer trial classes at this time.

What is your refund policy?

QUANTUM REFUND POLICY

  • For children under age 5 trying the program for the first time: A refund may be requested before the fourth class. Refunds are issued minus fees for any classes attended and a $50 administrative fee.

  • For all other athletes: No refunds will be issued once the program has started.

  • Refunds requested 14 days prior to the program’s start date will be subject to a $50 administrative fee.

  • Medical credits may be issued during the session with a doctor’s note. These will be calculated from the date of withdrawal notice, minus classes attended and a $50 administrative fee.

  • No refunds or make-ups are offered for missed classes.

  • If Quantum cancels a class, a make-up class will be offered.

  • I**Unfortunately there are no make up classes, refunds or credits for weather cancellations or unforeseen cancellations (i.e. power outages).

What qualifications do your coaches have?

All of our coaches are certified through the National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP), with several achieving the highest certification levels. In addition:

  • Most are certified in Emergency First Aid and CPR/AED.

  • All have completed Respect in Sport training.

  • All have successfully passed evaluations within the Making Ethical Decisions program.

What happens if I miss a class?

If your child misses a class, unfortunately, we do not offer refunds, credits, or make-up classes. Your registration fee secures your child’s spot for the entire session, regardless of attendance.

**Unfortunately there are no make up classes, refunds or credits for weather cancellations or unforeseen cancellations (i.e. power outages).

What should my child wear to the gym?

All athletes must go barefoot in the gym. Please tie back long hair, leave jewelry at home, and avoid bringing valuables.

Dress Code:

  • Females: Bodysuit, tights, or athletic shorts (no buttons) with a fitted t-shirt.

  • Males: Gym shorts with no buttons, zippers, buckles, or pockets, and a fitted, tucked-in t-shirt.
